Agents of Government:

Any individual who acts as an agent of government or another organisation whose intent is to collect information with a view to investigating, causing harm or loss to Owl Wisdom, Trustees, Directors or members, should not undertake the course. If they choose to do so, they are providing tacit agreement that they are doing so in their individual capacity, and not as an agent of the government or another statutory body.

Any man or woman who is an agent, and knowingly breaches this condition is liable to pay compensation of $100,000 per breach to the Trustee of Owl Wisdom Unincorporated Association for harm or loss incurred and shall personally provide full comprehensive indemnity for any future actions taken against Owl Wisdom, its Directors, Trustees or members that harm or cause loss as a result of their actions.
